This was my first time with Fleet Feet...I was curious (and maybe a little skeptical) about the analysis and fitting process. The sales associate was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the process without making it seem like magic. Shoes are important, but so are good habits and she was right to mention that. I tried on multiple shoes in different sizes and associate did not rush me and was engaged the whole time.
Hayley was terrific! She's knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Being taken care of by a real pro makes a huge difference in the buying experience.

Services? I have to say the staff at the Richmond store is tops in my opinion. The young who helped my daughter and myself Saturday was phenomenal. This was my daughters first time getting fitted and getting a proper pair of running shoes. The young lady listened well and helped my daughter find the best pair of shoes and socks for her feet. I think she ended up trying on 6 pair of shoes and ended up with the last pair based on her recommendation and guidance.
The feet scan is great in my opinion as my son is off training in the military for the next 2 years and wont be home till December. No fleet feet stores near the base he is located at. Fortunately you did a scan for his last pair of shoes and we can now get him a pair based on this scan (since the last pair of Brooks has been updated).
Such a nice girl helped me and was so good about explaining the whys and hows. My feet feel so much better. Thank you.
Helpful and patient with trying to find the correct shoe. I do not feel rushed when shopping there. I have a large and narrow foot and I was happy that I had 3 options to try while at the store.

The salesperson, Hannah, was awesome. She listened to my concerns and was very open to my requests. I observed other salespeople helping others and at no time did I hear any pushy sales tactics. All of them had great patience. I did not feel rushed or felt like she was trying to hurry me along. Great store!! My shoes are awesome. I have hardly taken them off.
