The service is on point . People are available to help as soon as you walk in and if not they try their best to assist you in between helping another customer . It is first come and first serve . Very welcoming and accounting. Ordering is very fast , quick and easy . I got my shoes so quick! You have option to order if not In the store !

Great service. Was helped by an associate the moment I walked in. Friendly atmosphere. The associate offered to do a gait analysis. It was a great experience. I learned significant details about my feet from it. Also learned I was buying the wrong shoe size my entire life. Sales associate had me try on about 5 different shoes and worked with me to make sure the shoe fit right and that I could run in it. I ended up buying the Brooks Adrenaline. I look forward to wearing them as I train for my first marathon.
