My new shoes fit well and are very comfortable. They have helped stabilize my walk and improve my balance. Very pleased and I will certainly be a repeat customer .
One to one service. The associate listened to my needs and then provided some good choices. Made certain the sneakers fit and felt well. Explained the process - since it was my first visit and then gave me details about the sneakers that I was trying on. I really appreciate the 60-day return policy.
Very impressed with the customer service. Staff is very friendly and aren’t rushed to get you out the door. Very informative about their products and spend the time with you making sure your happy with the shoes. Love that they scan your feet to get you in the correct size shoe, and explaining the results.

I love the fit technology and friendly, approachable sales associates. I felt like I was heard. It was wonderful to have options specifically recommended for me, and a good explanation as to why they were recommended. I think it’s important to have the right shoes when starting any run training, and I feel confident that I found mine!
