The staff who came were very professional and courteous. They educated me on their process and showed me in a test sample what they were going to do. I was amazed at the amount of dog hair they were able to get out especially since I vacuum several times a week! The carpet looked completely renewed and refreshed after they were done!

All is fine
We called Zerorez and they had someone ready to come out the next day to perform the cleaning. We requested someone to come out and give us an estimate as we had upholstery, staircases and tile to clean too, not just carpet. They sent someone out and they gave us a good deal and after we agreed upon price they started to clean right away. 3 rooms, 2 staircases, an area rug, large couch and tiles in kitchen, all took only an hour and a half. Everything looks and smells very clean, they said we only need this once a year. Very satisfied!
Jose did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my home. He recommended a brush cleaning to address a heavily soiled area near the door and the carpet was noticeably cleaner afterwards. Very prompt service! The carpets dried quickly and my home does not have that weird chemical smell after a traditional carpet cleaning. Thanks!
