Need to work on that, don't over book your technicians.He seemed to be in a hurry at the end of course and didn't finish the work on the wood bamboo floor, needed to be buffed. Maybe that's not your job?? We did it and it looks great. Kitchen tile looks great, didn't know it was that dirty. Carpet is great. We would use you again.

Having ZEROREZ come out and clean the tile and grout in the 10 year old home we just purchased is one of the BEST things we have EVER done! The tile and the grout look brand new!!! I didn't realize just how dirty it was before they cleaned it and I could see the before and after!

The two guys that did the work, Bo and Cam, were friendly and so kind. They explained the process as they worked efficiently to get it done. It was the entire house and it had never been done before. They even sealed the grout for us after it was cleaned.. It really looks wonderful!

My daughter used ZEROREZ to clean three rooms of carpeting and 100 sq ft. of tile in a 12 year old house they're renting and honestly, the carpeting looks and feels amazing. I don't think it has looked that good since it was first installed.
