Service was excellent. Our technician arrived on time and was thorough and professional. We had used Zerorez before in another city and were aware of the amazing results of their process. On time, quick and no harsh chemicals

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and both times the technician was friendly, thorough and timely. The carpets were completely dry in 6-8 hrs (we have some super thick carpet that always takes longer to dry.) The tile they cleaned looks as good as new! We will continue to use them and highly recommend them!

My expectations for the service were far over met. The professionalism and customer service Sam Jones (our tech) was amazing. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and can tell when a service member is being genuine with their customer service or just phoning it in. Sam Jones not only made my carpets look brand new he also provided a fantastic attitude towards his work. It was easy to tell that he loves what he does and that he wants your carpets to look just as he would want his own to look. It was amazing service and I will, without a doubt, be using the services again and requesting Sam Jones.
