Beau (or Bo maybe) was awesome. He was courteous and very professional and very fast. Our carpet is very old so I was just hoping to get it looking refreshed and not necessarily new and we are VERY pleased with the way it looks now. And we also got a deal for 100sqft of tile/grout cleaned for free and now our kitchen looks refreshed as well. I would definitely have them back out when we need cleanings again.
