It's amazing how many spots and stains your company was able to remove when another well-known company could not get them out. I do have one large spot in the living room that I pointed out to Paul before he cleaned, that he did not get out. I think it is just dirt. Can you spot clean for me?

The products left all of my carpet clean and smelling fresh. It even got stains from dog urine out of the carpet. The two employees explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. The service technician, Cam, is extremely knowledgeable, gave guidance and set expectations given the age of our carpet (it's at least 20 years old!). However, his work far exceeded expectations. Our white carpet looks like new! The upholstery that he cleaned looks amazing as well. Like the carpet, one of our sofas is at least 20 years old and it looks amazing.
