Very professional staff and great customer service. The colored grout sealant from a previous company came up when our tile was cleaned. I called the company that sealed our grout and they wouldn’t fix it. I called Zerorez and they came back out and fixed our grout with no charge to us. I will definitely use them again. That’s what good customer service is!

Thorough carpet and tile cleaning
The technician was very informative about services and he worked diligently. Tile floors look great but expensive. Area rug cleaning was reasonable and looks good. Also, had them clean a large couch for my daughter and it turned out very nice. Will definitely use them again.

I like the idea of having clean carpets, minus the residue left by soap. It was very easy to schedule the appointment, and the technician, Beau, was efficient and friendly. He even called to tell me he had finished his previous appointment sooner than expected and could arrive at my house earlier, if I wished.

I love that you use NO chemicals or perfumes in your carpet cleaning process! Our carpets dried quickly and look amazing! The gentlemen who cleaned our 4 rooms was kind and professional and definitely knows what he is doing. Will be using Zerorez again to clean our carpets and will have them clean our area rugs in the spring. Highly recommend them!
Bo did a great job cleaning our carpets, and was even able to remove an old stain of unknown origin. I like that he arrived on time, did a thorough job, and invited me to check his work several times to make sure I was satisfied.

Was pleasantly surprised by Zerorez, I have had some bad experiences with carpet cleaners. Zerorez was extremely fast, very courteous and my carpets , area rugs and tile grout looked just like new! I was also very impressed at how fresh it made my house smell. One service person in and out in less than three hours...my house is not small so that was something! I will be using Zerorez in the future for my carpet cleaning needs and will definitely be referring to my friends. Thanks Zerorez!!
