The team from Zerorez is profession punctual and spend more time and attention cleaning our carpets than anyone else we use. Having multiple pets some stains seemed impossible to remove but the zeroes team worked until the stains were gone. Second time customer because the first cleaning lasted so long. The service technician called and said when he would arrive. He arrived right on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, concerned with making sure soiled areas were noted, moved light weight furniture for me, and was through and expertly cleaned my carpet. The carpet looks great and I feel comfortable with my dogs lying on it, and babies crawling on it.as there's no harmful residue and drying time was exactly what was expected.. I've used Zerorez before and will always call on them when my carpets need cleaning.

Great customer service, I submitted online request and I got a call back 10 mins later a Saturday. The appointment was scheduled, and the rep arrived inside the timeframe given. the results were great, cleaned and sealed my 4-yr. old tile/grout. Thank you!

I had another company clean the same couch last year, and they did a horrible job. I thought maybe it just couldn’t be cleaned well, but Jordan did a great job! He explained everything very well, told me what to do for regular maintenance, and just took great care of us all around.

Most carpet cleaning services are expected to be the same. Come in and clean and get right back out. The Zerorez smelled fresher and our small office was cleaned up in less than an hour. The fella that came out was extremely knowledgeable about the Zerorez product and was super nice. I will be calling on Zerorez to come to my home as well. Great experience.

First of all the guys were great! Brad called about 15 minutes out. They explained the whole process and showed me how it worked. They were both very kind and you could tell they cared about getting everything really clean. I have not used the company before, but you will be my "go to" from here on! I had furniture cleaned too. They did test spots and had me check them out before doing the whole piece. I feel like everything is really clean now!

The technician was so nice and explained everything to me before he started work. He was fast and efficient while still doing a great job and I didn't feel like he was in a rush to run off to his next job. I also liked that my house didn't smell terrible after he left and they looked and felt clean! Overall, great experience and will definitely call them again!

This is the first time using your company. I was totally impressed. My oatmeal colored living room carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in twelve years. I wasn't expecting good results. Was I surprised!!!!! Although I wouldn't allow my large family to wear shoes in there, it was still all over dirty. It looks wonderful now. I can't say enough good about Marco. I am sad this is Marco's last week in Texas, he is truly an asset to your company.

Carpets turned out beautiful. They dried quickly and smelled good.

Completely worth the time and investment. The prices are great, the technicians are professional and courteous (Paul was stellar), and it is true what they say; their cleaning is much cleaner than other national or local services.

They were on time and called ahead unlike other services I used who just cancelled because they did not know I was home.

They were able to truly clean a large stained pet area from my rescue pup with great results. I honestly thought the carpet was a loss. They resuscitated it.

I had them do specific areas and declined some extra rooms since they do not get used often, but when I compared the previously "cleaned" carpet in the unused rooms to the Zerorez CLEANED carpet; there was a big difference.

Overall I will be calling them back to finish the other areas and my tile.
