The service was great and we especially like that the product doesn't leave the carpet wet for hours. The technician cleaned a large rug and even got a red wine stain out of a cream colored sofa! He was friendly and worked hard to get everything cleaned and looking brand new.

My representative was polite, energetic and very knowledgeable. I originally selected Zerorez because no soap is used. I especially like that not only did I get my bedrooms’ carpet cleaned, He was able to work with me on a fair pricing and cleaning of my oriental rugs.

They do a great job on tile, area rugs and carpet. Everything dries quickly and carpet is fluffy and soft.
