I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY YOUR SERVICES. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE HAD YOUR PEOPLE OUT FOR CLEANING. I HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED BY THE RESULTS. OUR CARPET IS 19 YEARS OLD AND ALWAYS COMES OUT LOOKING NEW.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A COMPLAINT. A SMALL BLACK SPOT WAS LEFT UNTOUCHED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ENTRANCE TO OUR MASTER BEDROOM. OF COURSE IT WAS SPOTTED IMMEDIATELY BY MY HUSBAND JUST AFTER JOSE LEFT OUR HOME. TOO LATE TO CALL HIM BACK AND WE LIVE OUT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE SO I WOULD HATE TO RECALL HIM.

My carpet looks great and the service provider was very professional and nice.
Your technician was very good and did a great job. My only complaint is the tile floor left a residue that made the floor look dirty after it dried.
