Procedure explained completely before cleaning. Paul our Tech. was in and out of home in about an hour having cleaned 3 bedrooms, 5 closets and 30 ft. of hallway. Some bad spots totally removed. We were very satisfied with this project.

Your team did an amazing job, took extra time to show us what and how things were done, and definitely went the extra mile in every way to get our carpet and tile floors looking like new. The white grout in my kitchen is actually white again instead of brown!! There was no chemical smell, no sickening soapy smells or residue - just pure, clean goodness. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality carpet and/or tile cleaning.

Loved the service. Jose' did a fantastic job, I love how my carpets turned out when they were dry, they are soft & beautiful, and not crunchy like the last carpet company that came and didn't get the soap out and it left the carpet hard when it was dry. I will always use ZeroRez from now on. Great service, great value, and a beautiful job.
