We knew before our 10-year blue carpet was cleaned that it wouldn't look new, but we are very pleased with the end result. Marco took his time cleaning the obviously dirty areas on the living room carpet and now it looks so much better. In fact it looks so much better that we won't have to replace the carpet for a while. I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY YOUR SERVICES. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE HAD YOUR PEOPLE OUT FOR CLEANING. I HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED BY THE RESULTS. OUR CARPET IS 19 YEARS OLD AND ALWAYS COMES OUT LOOKING NEW.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A COMPLAINT. A SMALL BLACK SPOT WAS LEFT UNTOUCHED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ENTRANCE TO OUR MASTER BEDROOM. OF COURSE IT WAS SPOTTED IMMEDIATELY BY MY HUSBAND JUST AFTER JOSE LEFT OUR HOME. TOO LATE TO CALL HIM BACK AND WE LIVE OUT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE SO I WOULD HATE TO RECALL HIM.

My carpet looks great and the service provider was very professional and nice.
Your technician was very good and did a great job. My only complaint is the tile floor left a residue that made the floor look dirty after it dried.
Paul was great and very helpful! I loved that there was no way no unpleasant odor and the floors look great! We had a few stains that did not come out of the carpet, but definitely not a deal breaker, and the couch cushion he did looks so much better. Overall, it was a great experience!!
