The service technician, Cam, is extremely knowledgeable, gave guidance and set expectations given the age of our carpet (it's at least 20 years old!). However, his work far exceeded expectations. Our white carpet looks like new! The upholstery that he cleaned looks amazing as well. Like the carpet, one of our sofas is at least 20 years old and it looks amazing.

From the minute they got here right on time our technician was very professional hard-working and just a joy to have in the house his name was Jordan he did a fantastic job the carpet is clean and house smells great and he also did a chair which came out perfect we would recommend zerorez and Jordan to anybody and everybody

the service was fine but he charged 8.25 sales tax and we are not on the city.so it was a 2$overcharge

Your man arrived on time and first asked me what I was most concerned ab out and we walked thru each room. Then he quickly got his equipment and went to work and then surprised me with an offer - since I was a first time customer - to do some 100 feet of tile. I was delighted as my kitchen tile never looked clean to me - but it does now

My comments just disappeared but do know I did like the representative and his work. I am not going to type it all again but very enthused about your work and sending my hooked rugs next week. Patricia Jacobsen

I’m always please by the carpet cleaning. I have pets and they destroy my carpets, so it’s nice to see them look normal again.

All natural and no harsh chemicals or odors! Also the high PSI and hot water steam which leaves carpet like new! Relatively fast dry time!
