The team was very professional from the time I placed the call to the young men that came to my house to do the work. Once at the house, they were very timely, professional and thorough. The carpets and grout they cleaned for us look amazing. They also went a step further to ensure that we were satisfied with the results prior to finishing up. It's amazing how many spots and stains your company was able to remove when another well-known company could not get them out. I do have one large spot in the living room that I pointed out to Paul before he cleaned, that he did not get out. I think it is just dirt. Can you spot clean for me?
