Excellent products quality. The smell is not as strong as other companies and yet they remove animal waste with no problem. I will not go back to any other previous provider due to the high quality of your services and your products. The carpets get dry within 2 hours. After having numerous construction traffic through the house in the last 5 months, my carpet desperately needed a good cleaning. Jose was on time, efficient, explained everything about the job to me and worked so hard! My 12 year old carpet and tile has not looked this good or felt so clean in a long time. Zerorez did a better job than any other carpet cleaner that I have ever used and it was dry in about 4 hours.
