It was a pleasure doing business with Zerorez. On phone customer service was very helpful. The manager and technician that came to our church providing the quotation and the service technicians are pleasant and friendly. The work was done efficiently and the tech wanted to be sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I call Zerorez in the afternoon after the carpet had dried because the high traffic areas needed a touched up. The next morning when the technician came out he explained that this is common for commercial carpets to have dirt wick up as the carpet dries. He wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied. On Sunday many people remarked how wonderful the sanctuary smelled and on the cleanliness of the carpet and tile. We will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them.

I like not having a soap build up on the carpets

Kyle did amazing with cleaning the carpets and tile! Our house smells so clean and new. I'm very happy with the outcome. I was a little iffy about upgrading to the carpet protection service, but it was worth it. The day after the cleaning, my toddler spilled my soda on the carpet. The liquid beaded up just like Kyle said it would, and I was able to clean it up before is soaked in and stained the carpet. Very amazed with the service 15 out of 10! ❤️

My tech was really great! He was very informative as to my options and the process. Would have given a 10 but felt like the cost was a little high. However I’m extremely pleased with the way my carpets turned out!

The end result is great. My carpet s and rugs look and feel fantastic. A reasonable price for 3 rooms and tile cleaning service. Rug cleaning was very expensive. Sam was very professional.

My wife and I have lived in our current residence 16 years and have replaced new carpet in 5 of the 8 carpeted rooms. We have had other top named carpet cleaners in several times over the years and the carpet never looked cleaner after they completed their services than before they arrived. I had Zerorez of Austin in this week and couldn't be more pleased with their service. Even the original carpet from 1992 looked brand new. Our technician went above and beyond what is expected in explaining the procedures and suggested options that would improve the life of the carpets.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quick! They used a special light to illuminate/ target pet stains with their pet treatment and they showed us how dirty the water was as they vacuumed, very interesting to see how dirty my carpet REALLY was. Absolutely worth every penny and will be utilizing their services again in the future!!!

Jose arrived i the scheduled window and did a great job explaining the services and costs. He also did a great job explaining the benefits of the carpet protector which convinced me to add. It was clear he was working very hard and event took time periodically to ask me to come and inspect the work he'd done. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work and Jose's professionalism. We plan to have our carpets cleaned more often and will continue to request zerorez's services. Hopefully we'll be fortunate enough to have Jose complete the services again next time.

The Techs were amazing

My tile floors look like new. The clear sealant is really going to help the tile stay clean. All of my carpets in the bedrooms look fantastic. I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends.

1. I received a call regarding scheduling services very fast. Explanation of their services was easy to understand and scheduling the day I needed was accommodated.
2. My carpet was left looking new (it's old and worn out.) Justin made time to answer additional questions about additional services and was able to add those services on for the same visit.
3. Prices are great for their services. I already requested a quote for my move out cleaning at the end of July.

Technician was friendly, on time and called ahead. He took care of the job, made suggestions and knew what he was doing.
