The white grout in my kitchen is actually white again instead of brown!! There was no chemical smell, no sickening soapy smells or residue - just pure, clean goodness. Loved the service. Jose' did a fantastic job, I love how my carpets turned out when they were dry, they are soft & beautiful, and not crunchy like the last carpet company that came and didn't get the soap out and it left the carpet hard when it was dry. I will always use ZeroRez from now on. Great service, great value, and a beautiful job.

The service was exceptional, professional and thorough. I’m definitely using them again, the cost maybe a bit difficult to do this as often as I would like but the work is awesome and worth it.

The guys did a great job and made solid recommendations.

I like the clean of the carpets. One problem though was that he would get water on the floor and then leave to do something instead of wiping it up right away. I did it for him more than once.
Also there was an area behind the sink that he did not reach. I know about the rust stain but this was not that.

I sent this in already the day the service was done but here is a brief comment.
Your man Beau was very efficient and helpful. He worked the most stained areas over and over to clear them. The carpet looks much better and we are happy. He arrived right on time and worked hard as long as needed to get things looking good.

Your associates were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful. The house (carpet/tile) looked great when they were done. We are about to move in and they gave us a sense of comfort that the house will be clean and healthy. Thank you!

The two guys that came out were on time. They we’re extremely respectful of me in my home. The answered all my questions and show me a step-by-step what they were doing. They were able to remove stains from pets, food and water marks from where we trying to clean our self. They also were able to get out a grease stain from the back of my couch. My furniture look brand new when they were done. One of the couches they cleaned was an old couch that had been passed down from family member to family member. It looked brand new when they were finished. I would highly recommend their services.
