Carpet cleaning was great, tile cleaning wasn’t so great and they had to come out and re clean the tile. Second technician did a much better job and we are happy.

The carpet cleaning is excellent. I refer regularly and would not use anyone else. However the tile cleaning is just a surface cleaning that anyone can do. It does not get into the grout. I go ahead and use the service when it is included with the three-room deal. But it doesn’t do the hard work I need.

The carpet is clean

We have had Zerorez come clean our carpets in the past and they always did a great job. They were very professional and friendly. They did a thorough job and always left us with a smile. Recently we bought a used car and we wanted the seats and carpets cleaned. Zerorez was the first ones we called. They didn’t disappoint! They did an excellent job. Our used car looks brand new!
