Was called and quoted services before hand, the tech called before arrival, confirmed a quote before he worked, and stayed within my budget while offering services to give me the best for my buck. The tech also explained each process before he began, and also gave me great advice when I asked for recommendations and advice for what I could do to maintain my carpets. 10/10 for customer service! 10/10 for making my carpets look fresh again! Will definitely be recommending and using their service again!

I really appreciated the fantastic customer service and quality. Only thing that could improve is that the water wasn't sufficiently vacuumed. It was still wet the next morning, over 15hrs later.

Our Technician Demarlo was courteous and very knowledgeable about the company and its process and took time to evaluate our carpet and set a realistic goal for us based on the condition of our carpet. Demarlo worked diligently and the results were great. It was a really simple process with excellent results. Kyle asked questions about our carpet and any problem areas that needed extra attention. He definitely pays attention to details, very professional, down to earth guy. The carpet looks amazing actually better than it was when we moved in, it definitely has life again. Desmond was not only wonderfully friendly and cheerful, but he managed to clean the whole house in record time. After he left, we went out to run some errands and were surprised when we came home two hours later to dry carpets in spite of the fact that the area was hit by a powerful rain storm during our absence. Zerorez is awesome in our book.
