Our technician, Stephan, was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the process before he started. He took pride in his work. Our 12 year old carpet looks brand new and we are very pleased. We have had our carpets cleaned by two other companies and would never use anyone but Zerorez again. It was a rainy day but the carpets dried within a couple of hours. There was no pressure to upsell any treatments or products which was greatly appreciated. What was quoted was what we paid.

K'wan did a great job on cleaning our carpets. They look and feel fresh and new, and dried in a reasonable amount of time. K'wan explained how the process worked and even showed me how it is done. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
