My carpet dried way faster than the usual. I have it professionally cleaned and tried cleaning myself. Zero Rez did a great job, and it was quick. I also had my tile and grout cleaned. I'm calling again.

I'm a real estate professional and I recently hired Zerorez to clean my client's carpets in her new home. I was notified in a timely manner when they would arrive--which was huge because I had to let them in the house. The job was done quickly and efficiently. My client was so happy! I've used Zerorez multiple times in my home and they have always been prompt, professional, and did a great job. I am a remodeling contractor and the carpet protector we used left a sticky residue on the client's carpet. Zerorez was the first company that came to mind to help us. We are very busy and would have had to scrub the carpet on our hands and knees. They took care of it quickly and was 100% worth the alternative. Thank you Zerorez!

What do you like about our products and services?

The floor and carpets look great. I was very impressed with the constant updates your staff gave us. The tech was running late and instead of us just sitting around wondering what was going on , we were called and given updates.
I will definitely use ZeroRez again and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent Customer Services! Our Technician Paul White was amazing, he went above and beyond with his services. We our a private Dental practice and our Carpets look almost new again! Zerorez will definitely have our business for the foreseen future

We were able to get a next day appointment. The service was quick and professional. He was in and out of our 3 rooms in under an hour and our old pet stained carpet looks fabulous! We love that Zerorez is pet and child safe!

Being that my carpet is 17 years old I think y'all did the best y'all could. You also clean my recliner and I was a little discouraged that it didn't look too much better but that recliner is 14 years old and has never been clean. The professionalism as customer service and cam who actually cleaned my carpet was exceptional. I will use y'all again. Thank you.
