Friendly service

Impeccable service. Showed up on time. As each room was cleaned, I was asked to inspect it so it was well done. Friendly service. Expectations on some stains were clearly explained. I did add an extra room that I hadn’t originally planned on. Great job.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the “extra” $10 service fee tacked on to my bill. I thought it was a simple error. I called to see what it was for. Was told it is always automatically added to everyone’s invoice. It’s for expenses like shoe covers and other misc items. I feel that should be part of the actual pricing because it comes across as false advertising to me. I would rather have a company give me an accurate bid than have “hidden” fees.

The Service was excellent: quick, thorough, satisfying. The carpets look like new! So do the tiles. I highly recommend the Zerorez servicemen for carpet/tile cleaning.
