I had a few items with stubborn pet odors. Kyle from Zerorez came out and spent quite a bit of time treating and cleaning. He cleaned and treated my car, furniture and pet furniture.

Very professional and great service

Kyle arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. My carpets and tile have not been this clean since they were installed! Just like they promosed, everything dried in about 4 hours and was soft, not crunchy. Seriously everything looks bramd new. I am so very happy and will use Zerorez again. Thank you!

The man who came courteous and friendly. It took them about an hour to clean two large area rugs and a runner. The results were outstanding! The rugs looked like new and dried in a few hours with no residue of any kind, since no chemicals are used.

The tech reviewed our floors and showers and explained the process of cleaning the areas. Kyle K., the tech, was confident he could clean our floors and have them the way we wanted. He even did a sample cleaning of a small area in our kitchen that had a high traffic area of dirt and grime. The results of the sample area sold us on using Zerorez. The scheduling process was easy and a reminder was even sent days before. We are very happy with the outcome of our saltio floors and natural stone shower surrounds.
