I really liked the technician who came out. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. I also appreciated the lady that scheduled and rescheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule a few times and it never felt like I was inconveniencing them.

My dog had an accident on my brand new couch and I needed someone to come and clean it asap. I called Zerorez first thing in the morning and they were able to get someone to my house within an hour of when I called. Stephan was the tech who did the cleaning. He was great. He explained everything and was very kind and helpful. Overall great experience and highly recommend them.

They leave your carpet fresh and clean smelling. Great customer service, especially when you get a veteran, experienced technician. They always offer good promotion specials.
