Technician was extremely clear in explanation of product and very happy to include cleaning of 2 cushions which were not on original order. I’ve always used another cleaning service in all my homes but will only use your company in the future. Carpets look wonderful.

The organization/product presented a culture that supported a keen eye for detail, a state-of-the-art perfection of this process, cleaned a lot of really stubborn stains and the process was extremely quick. The technician demonstrated knowledge in a practical manner while at the same time was a subject matter expert of carpet in general and all of the bells and whistles of the machine(s). He was extremely customer-focused, showed professionalism that was exemplary, and far exceeded my expectations.
