I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. They called to let me know that they would be arriving about 20 minutes later. The cleaner was helpful and reviewed what I wanted to be cleaned prior to cleaning as well as the potential cost. He moved small items on the ground and did a great job on the carpeted stairs as well

I appreciate the ease of scheduling and that your treatment system does not leave itchy chemicals in my carpeting. I also like the up front pricing. I have other companies up sell the price even with coupons for anything like spot cleaning in heavy traffic areas. The service persons are thorough, polite, and answer questions. They are on time, wear their masks and shoe coverings, and do a great job.
I am glad I saw a demonstration on a local Austin TV show. I have used your service twice and will be a repeat customer, as well as tell my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
The special water that Zerorez uses dries in 6-8 hours. My carpet dried in 6 hours. The process of using a special dirt lifter while spot cleaning worked like a charm.

We have used this company for many years for several reasons. The cleaning products they use are without nasty chemicals that can cause negative reactions to people or animals. They are pleasant professional individuals that come to the house, and they come close to the time promised and when they leave always make sure we are pleased with the job.
