The carpets feel great! No sticky residue or crunchiness. Our home smells cleaner. As the carpets dried, they looked better and better. Dry time was pretty quick, within same day. Rooms with a ceiling fan were dry within a couple hours.

I loved the professionalism of the 2 men who came to give the bid and then the cleaning. I needed my sofa and 2 wing-back chairs cleaned. They suggested cleaning our leather recliner too.
