We had some really difficult stains from a dog eating a greasy bone and it came up from the carpet with your pretreat. I was so thrilled by that. I also like that I can reach you easily by phone, you have my information in the computer and are able to come out in a few days.

Professional

Products and services are excellent. Have had carpets done twice a year for the past few years and have been well pleased. This time I had the tile done and the grout is grey again instead of black. Very happy with the results. Thus when it comes to my carpet or tile I think of only one company to call. ZEROREZ.

I love Zerorez when they come to the house. The guys are always courteous and competent though I will say some are more personable than others. The latest employees were great - Kaylen (I think) and his side-kick. I wrote their names on the back of a duplicate check but no longer have it with me. They did an outstanding job. They deserve a bonus.
