I am a loyal customer of Lagree. The instructors make this experience! Just a few thoughts:
- I appreciate when each instructor has music as we are walking in the class- setting the mood. Not everyone does this.
- I recognize there is some effort on social media to reward high engagement for those loyal customers, but would appreciate some intention on the Studio side to incentivize customers to bring in other customers. For example, bring a friend, get a free class. As well as some sort of a "buy 40 classes get 1 free". It does feel like a machine process- without a lot of "Customer recognition" for long tenure, long commitment etc.
- Is there an opportunity to leverage the merchandise more as a way to spread the word?
