What I truly value is the combination of top notch staff who bring a surreal calm to their classes and the level of intensity workout that can be modified based on one's training or comfort level that day.
I love ALL of the CorePower instructors! I've been practicing yoga for about 13 years and have practiced in many different states and studios. CorePower instruction is consistent, compassionate, and educated. Each instructor offers their own personality (energy) to the class, but the feeling I get from each practice is the same: peaceful, supportive, and intentional. I don't know what it is about CorePower, but you guys have a good hiring method!!

I went that day because Jenny Dr. was teaching, and it fit perfectly into my schedule. CorePower is so lucky to have such an amazing teacher working for them! I love her sweet, kind vibe, and also her challenging flow. Jenny always has a great "story" to tell in class that makes me think about my life. Can't wait for the next time I can practice with her. She is a gem :)
