I took a Core Restore class on Sunday morning. I hadn't been to a CorePower in a while and very much enjoyed the facilities and the teacher. My teacher was Grace and it was a fantastic experience. She was very helpful and welcoming, as I am not an advanced yoga practitioner. Thank you!
