PLEASE bring Hot Yoga back to the Point Loma studio! PLEASE. flow classes haven't been the best for me since suffering from a labral tear to my hip. I started loosing the joy in yoga due to my physical limitations and inability to keep up with flow. Lauren Nichols used to teach Hot Yoga regularly at Point Loma, but the class hasn't been offered at this studio for quite some time. Lauren is back (temporarily) at PL and she taught Hot Yoga on 2/27. what a super treat!! it felt so good in my body to be able to have the time to get into the posture with proper alignment, without having to worry about flowing and trying to keep up! it’s exactly what I needed to boost my confidence and send healing energy to my body. PLEASE bring back Hot Yoga. please and thank you!

Great staff, clean studios
I have been a member of two of California's most popular gyms, one of them for over 40 years. The workout I receive, and the support from the instructors at CorePower is unmatched. I have taken advantage of the senior discount, and it has been the best investment in my mind and body I have ever made.
While all of the instructors are fantastic, I highly recommend Allan and Damon at the Point Loma studio. A special shout out to my sister Lynn for treating me to her Buddy Pass, and who has been my accountability partner. The experience has been amazing.
I love the culture within the studio and the instructors who I attend their classes are clearly passionate about what they do and serving the members with knowledge and self discovery.
