I love the Point Loma CorePower! The locker room is spacious, clean, and always stocked with after-yoga hygiene essentials. The staff is friendly and the instructors are very genuine. Such a great place to both restore your body and soul OR challenge your practice and bump up the heat!

Facility was really clean and everyone was welcoming. Andre is an awesome teacher.

I love the availability of different classes at any time or day. Also the teachers set an incredible mood to make you feel welcomed even if you are not an expert yogi, everyone is amazing and making you feel better and pushing you further to become better. I also like how they turn it no only into a workout, but into a present to yourself not to only be fitter but a better human being in every aspect.

I love the variety of classes Corepower offers and the kind and genuine people who teach and take the classes.

I love Core Power. It has totally transformed my life, my mindset, and the way I view the concept of "working out". schedule is great for me to come before or after work. It would be nice if the 6 am class instructors would dim the lights a bit. Bright lights for those just waking up can be a bit too harsh.

I went to Christines class and wow!! Wake up call! It was really nice to take an inventory of my body. I feel very refreshed and alive! loved it!

Sonya (sp?) is an outstanding instructor. The class size was perfect for the studio size. The routing was very comfortable. The showers were clean and available. Overall it was a great session and I will most definitely return to Sonya's class.
