I drive to Point Loma to take classes from Tabu - amazing yoga instructor - his classes are high paced - challenging - keeps me out of my head - have to stay completely focused and present - great experience - I wished I lived closer and could come for often but try to make it as much as possible.

Making it to my mat serves as a daily reminder to take a deep breath. The days where I feel like I have the most stress, and least amount of time to make it to yoga, are the days I benefit from taking a deep breath the most.
Loved the yoga sculpt class
Saturday 03 September 1000 class was just what I needed after traveling from the East Coast the previous day! The instructor was full of positive energy and the flow was smooth. Your boutique is pleasant and I dropped some $$ there as well! Thank you for helping to make my California trip even better!
