Tabu, the instructor, is truly best in class. As a former professional athlete, I'm always looking for new ways to push my body and he provided the perfect atmosphere and energy to do just that. I would recommend this class to yo goes, beginners and any athlete looking to improve flexibility, balance, physique, cardio and mental health. My only concern is trying to figure out what I am going to give up in order to make time to take his class more often!
