Great facility, wonderful instructors. I love how the If I Was a Bird Yoga Kids Studio downstairs coordinates times with CPY so that kids can attend there while parents attend CPY.
The only difficulty about CPY Pt Loma is the parking lot is a bit challenging - tight spaces and not a lot of availability at peak times.

The instructor was awesome. The class was a little crowded but it didn't seem to interfere with my workout at all :)

I love the diverse class schedules, I love the C3 class on Wednesday nights with Katie B., I love Tabu's C2 classes, and I love that there are so many locations to choose from.

I love the Point Loma studio! The studios are spacious and bright and a great variety of classes are offered throughout the day to fit into my schedule!

Products: not a huge selection but a good variety.
Services: great mix of class choices and teachers. I definitely have continued my membership because of my long term favorite teachers.

Hands on adjustments when practicing

I've been practicing at the Wilshire studio for almost 3 years, and this was the first time I've been able to visit another studio. I went to two C2 classes. Both classes & instructors were fantastic. The staff was friendly and the facilities were fine. The towels I had to rent were a bit smelly, but whatever; it's hot yoga. Big thanks to the Point Loma staff for making a visitor feel welcome.

Classes are great, the instructors give easy directions to follow and classes aren't overcrowded.

Great atmosphere and amazing teachers!

I love that every class is different, has a different focus, or different way of going about the same pose! During my one week free trial I went at least once a day, or sometimes two or three times in one day! I absolutely love every class I went to and everyone I met!
