I love the teachers... I was told you were once going to incorporate spin bikes into the yoga classes and I was excited for that! Also Tabu used to teach an amazing Pilates yoga class that was discontinued and that was a bummer. I still come though because it is sill great!

Damon's 8 am HPF on Saturday mornings is THE BEST! Damon brings an incredible energy to the class. This class has to be one of the most awesome Corepower offerings in the San Diego area. I do my best to be on my mat every Saturday for this class.

I loved how I felt like I was getting a workout while my mind was at ease. Gyms and regular exercising is exhausting and not enjoyable, while my first experience with yoga was one that left me wanting to come back.

Great instructor! However, Point Loma could use a thorough cleaning or remodel. In April I took some CPY classes in the Chicago suburbs. The studios there seemed newer and cleaner.
