Friendliness and accommodation of staff. The yoga instructor was a sub but was really accommodating to all levels of yogis and I like that she explained how to make poses more challenging.

CorePower Yoga offers a lovely, clean, new studio. It offers a small boutique for shopping. More importantly, it offers really great classes that are a challenge. And, it's team members offers a smile every time I walk in or walk out of the business. Great Job!!!

Loved the teacher Maisa, the locker and changing area are very nice and clean.,the fact that you can rent towels and mat if needed. Also plenty of cold water for purchase.
I have been trying the 1 week free and so far all of the instructors have been so nice and very helpful. I love the C1 & C2, I love the heated rooms and the cleanliness of the studio. I also love that even though I am a beginner I am still able to keep up and practice. I highly recommend this studio and will be experiencing hot yoga and yoga sculpt in the next week.

My first impression of Core Power Kailua was that the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly! I signed up for the free week and expected the staff to throw a little bit of shade for me being a non-paying guest (I live in San Francisco and usually receive unfriendly service). I'm trying yoga for the first time and heard its best to start a new habit while on vacation so that's why I am starting the trial here. I've since gone 3/4 days and had Jenny Mac (2x) and Jenn C (1x) for the Core Power Yoga 1 class. I loved BOTH instructors very much as they were welcoming at the beginning of the course with inspirational ideas for our focus. Jenny Mac iwas great at encouraging the class to do only what our body allows us (I needed that) and Jenn C kept me very focused on my breath. I would absolutely recommend CPY to others and wish I lived here so I could continue classes with your Kailua team!
