Only been to two classes so far, the teachers are exceptional and the adjustments are probably my favorite additions to my practice. It helps me to deepen into my asanas and I fully trust the teachers knowledge in helping me to get there.

The studio is always spotless, it is a friendly and warm place to get my sweat on. There's so many classes to choose from in the day that there's no excuse to not be able to make it.

Honestly, I was (one of those) under the impression that corepower was "cooperate yoga" and would move too fast and have no savasana! I was wrong!! The teachers I've had are amazing, the studio is awesome, music is great, I love that it's warm but not HOT and I love the hands on adjustments! Its also so convenient as far as all the options for class times. It's just such a blessing to have finally come in and get back to my practice!! Mahalo!!!

I love everything! The teachers are awesome and I leave every class feeling better than I entered. I love the free teacher in training sessions and think there are some really good teachers-to-be in the current training group. Keep doing what you're doing because all around every location I've been to has provided an amazing experience with everything from the class itself to the clean facility, and the Kailua location is no exception.

I just started. Love the instructors, (especially the corrections and that they don't mind touching you despite the sweat!), LOVE the music (but dislike that the Realty company next door complains about the volume), love the variety of classes and that you can modify and not feel competitive nor inadequate, but just accept where you are, love the intentions, readings that the instructors share and LOVE how my body is feeling. Wish there was a 1.0 or 1.5 earlier in the AM for those of us that are just getting started.

Teachers energy

I really love the staff at Core Power in Kailua. I love all of the classes. The studio is always clean. I especially enjoy Jenn C and Maisa classes. The only thing that I don't like about the studio is that we've had to turn the sound down. That really makes a big difference and affects the workout and makes it not quite as enjoyable. That being said the teachers have done the best that they possibly can to make up for this lack of music in the energy that they bring to class but I know almost all of the students really really would like to find a solution to the music Problem

I love Core Power Yoga everywhere, but Kailua is definitely my favorite location on island. The vibe of the studio location is relaxed and beautiful. The staff is personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Plus, it doesn't hurt to have healthy food options on the corner and a gorgeous beach down the street.

Love the classes!

So far I love the variety of different classes we can take from sculpt to yoga 2 to candle light yoga ! It's something I haven't experienced before . also I am very impressed with your teachers ! They take the time to correct our postures and form . Finally I like how there is a class every hour to make is easy to fit my busy schedule I can always find a time that works . It's great that there are amenities like the showers to get a class in between work or before work and also multiple locations since I live in Kailua and work in town both locations work great 🤗
