Just finished Sculpt SoundOff and LOVED it! I was a little skeptical about using headphones at first but now I wish we used them with every sculpt class. It really helped me focus on my own practice without getting distracted by what everyone else was doing. Jenn had a great playlist that kept my energy lifted. Hope to use headphone again. Great class!

The Kailua Trainers are the best. Jenn C is doing a great job as the new manager. The staff is always friendly,smiling and you feel part of their community. The studio and facilities are always clean. Love the Kailua Studio.

I really enjoyed the Soundoff Yoga experience. I thought it was an interesting concept and gave me a chance to try something different in my yoga practice.
I liked that the headsets made me feel as though I was in my own private yoga space/class. I felt like I was able to zone everything out and really stay connected to my body and enjoy the experience of yoga with less distractions. I like that I was able to control the volume of the music and really move and groove to what I was listening to!
I truly hope it will be a permanent option in the near future!

I like the Kailua studio's cleanliness and friendly teachers. It could, however, make its schedule more beginner friendly and one that supports development. C1 class schedules are more like fillers and afterthoughts being offered in the middle of a work day at 12:30 and as the last class of the night. Perhaps alternating two gradual levels in a single time slot would allow a student to grow into his or her practice.

Great atmosphere and guides.

Fun, up beat and energizing classes. Sound off class was fun, just had to keep adjusting headset.

Instructors are positive and encouraging. Clothing sales are always good too.

Only been to two classes so far, the teachers are exceptional and the adjustments are probably my favorite additions to my practice. It helps me to deepen into my asanas and I fully trust the teachers knowledge in helping me to get there.

The studio is always spotless, it is a friendly and warm place to get my sweat on. There's so many classes to choose from in the day that there's no excuse to not be able to make it.

Honestly, I was (one of those) under the impression that corepower was "cooperate yoga" and would move too fast and have no savasana! I was wrong!! The teachers I've had are amazing, the studio is awesome, music is great, I love that it's warm but not HOT and I love the hands on adjustments! Its also so convenient as far as all the options for class times. It's just such a blessing to have finally come in and get back to my practice!! Mahalo!!!
