My service technician Frankie, sets the standard for good quality customer service. He touches base with me a few days before his visit to remind me that he is coming and to see if there is anything that needs extra attention. He also lets me know the day of service his estimated time of arrival at the house. He then lets me know when he gets here and after the service summarizes what he has done and if he has found any issues that I need to be aware of.
Frankies communication is key to having a good working relationship and builds my trust in Terminix.

The service is great. Our service man always notifies by phone days before the service. When he arrives, he let's us know he's there to provide the service.

Your service technicians are knowledgeable and do excellent work. They must like their job because I've been with Terminix quite a few years and I've only had two different service technicians--and the first one got a promotion and is still with the company! That says a lot for the company.
