Our Terminix guy (James) is great. He always checks with us to determine what we need for pest control (inside and outside). He always checks to see if there have been any changes since his last visit. Very professional.

I love that I don’t have to be home when my pest control tech comes to spray for bugs. If I’m seeing bugs inside, all I have to do is let my tech know and the inside can be sprayed along with the outside. The termite protection seems to be a lot more thorough than what I have had from other companies in the past. I think people should give Terminix a call to see what they can do.

My only issue I have had with terminix is their billing department. Every tech that has been to my house has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And most importantly, they get the job done!
