Charles was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My complaint is with the call center. I was told Charles would be here on Monday, however, they did not know that he would not be in the neighborhood that day. It’s frustrating that your call center, while very polite, does not know the correct schedules of your team. The service itself was excellent but your call center needs improvement.

I have a great technician. Ron does a thorough extermination job. I don't have pests!. I have been with Terminix over 15 years. Ron is reliable and does a thorough job. He truly loves what he does and he is very professional. He texts and reminds of the date and time he is coming to exterminate. He is 100% reliable. He takes my calls and helps me with any and all pest issues. He has even helped with an occasional billing problem by putting me in touch with the right people at Terminix. There are a lot of pest control companies but few companies have reliable technicians. Service is extremely important!
