When there is a technician for my very rural area, I get good service. But, when no one is assigned to my area I am skipped for MONTHS but I am still billed!

Jordan, our tech, is great and we are very happy with the job he does on our property. However, your system rarely gives us 24 hours notice of his visit. Usually it's more like 18 hours. So far we've been lucky that we are able to be home when he visits, largely because my husband works from home. The cost of the service is also on the high side.
I chose a 9 purely because of the reasons listed above, and I only chose a 9 because I don't want Jordan to get dinged for things that are completely out of his control. Without knowing that he'd face negative consequences for a lower number, I would certainly have chosen a lower number.

We recently had an indoor inspection. I haven't gotten a bill and hope to not get one.
The technician walked around our basement. We answered a few questions and he was
gone! He didn't look at corners, baseboards or anything.

Our technician, Carson, is very responsive and when he is performing our quarterly spraying, he confers with us to ensure that any pest concerns we have will be addressed. We appreciate his customer service over the years and will continue to request him for our regular maintenance.

I have friends that you to use your service. Other than me, they have all changed service companies. I think the majority of the reason is your pricing going up and not automatically servicing the inside even if there are no bugs.
