Excellent experience from the time I scheduled the appointment through the entire process. The person scheduling the appointment was thorough and informative. When Rob came to the house he was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything again in detail. He was also very meticulous, which I appreciated. THE PRODUCT: My carpets are 15 years old and they look new again. I have a cat who had a bladder problem (hopefully surgery resolved that) so time for a good carpet cleaning. Rob recommended the products necessary to deep clean through to the padding, which he did and the smell is gone. I have already recommended Zerorez to family, friends and neighbors.
