Terrific products and best service

No use of harmful chemicals.

The service was above and beyond. I have had other companies in to clean and my carpet is wet for days. With this company my carpet was dry within hours. The man that came out was very nice and professional. They put up a tarp to keep the draft out of the house from the hose. I won't have any other company clean my carpets again. The price was very reasonable also.

Most thorough carpet cleaning I've ever had. Dave didn't rush through the job, but rather took his time, he sold me additional services without being overly "pushy", he was professional and accommodating.

Excellent experience from the time I scheduled the appointment through the entire process. The person scheduling the appointment was thorough and informative. When Rob came to the house he was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything again in detail. He was also very meticulous, which I appreciated. THE PRODUCT: My carpets are 15 years old and they look new again. I have a cat who had a bladder problem (hopefully surgery resolved that) so time for a good carpet cleaning. Rob recommended the products necessary to deep clean through to the padding, which he did and the smell is gone. I have already recommended Zerorez to family, friends and neighbors.
