Very professional and the carpets look great!

They did a GREAT job! Stains out that I never thought would come out! The only thing I was dissapointed in, is I asked on the phone at booking if they would move the couches (2 of them) and scrub behind them.... I was told yes, up to 60lbs . . . but they were not moved and the carpet was not done in those areas. Other than that, it was top notch service!

Bradley was the most pleasant technician! It was easy to welcome him into our home. He explained everything he did thoroughly. He called in advance, showed up exactly on time in the pouring rain, and even wore little booties to keep our house clean. As a 9 month pregnant customer, I was worried I would be hard to please! However, I was pleasantly surprised! We had a great experience. I would strongly recommend Zerorez to all of our friends and family members.

I like how your cleaning products that you use are all natural! I was worried as to if my 8 month old could play on the floor after the carpet dried and I was assured by the technician that "yes" he can because there are no chemicals in the cleaning stuff that was used.
