Nate and Teddy were very professional and courteous. They were quiet and I didn't even realize they were working. They showed me pictures of my air ducts and I was very pleased with how they kept me informed along the way.

Quick efficient and the carpet dried very quickly

We were very impressed by Nate, who did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts. I don't believe I saw him even take a break all day. It was a large job, as we have two furnaces and a lot of vents.

Joe came in the afternoon to clean the carpets, but couldn't do them the same day. We were not going to be home after five, so he wasn't able to start the carpet cleaning. He was very nice and helped Nate finish up and load everything into to truck. He even called to reschedule the carpet cleaning, which was yesterday.

Mark arrived right on time and did a great job cleaning carpets and upholstery for us. He was very attentive and did a great job.

I must say that the only problem seemed to be that the customer service group should understand how long a job can really take to complete. They scheduled both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning on the same day. They should tell customers that there is a 4 to 7 o'clock window that you could be scheduled for. No one wants work done after 5 o'clock. I think you need to be more realistic in scheduling your work.

The service technician, David Bierema, was very polite, explained the products that he was going to be using and what the expectations would be from the carpet cleaning. He called prior to arriving and was very prompt in arriving at the time that he had stated. My carpets looked amazing after the cleaning was completed. David explained the post cleaning instructions and provided me with a hand out of the instructions as well. I was extremely happy with his service and how great my carpeting looks!!!!!
