you were they only cleaning company that got the stains out of my bedroom carpet and 2 other cleaning companies couldn't get them out. your prices are great and your workers were very efficient.I would recomend your company to everyone. The technician was very friendly and informative. He informed me that the products were safe for my children and pets that were in our home at the time of the cleaning. The carpets were visibly cleaner and so much softer. They were already starting to dry before he left. The price was great for the service provided. We have already recommended ZeroRez to our family and friends!

The fact that you bring your own "empowered" water. We have a well so this was very important. Also, it was quick and efficient. Another cool thing was the "door shield" My carpets look and feel fantastic! We have a cat and a 1 year old Maltese and the stains are gone!

I've had our white Burber carpeting professionally cleaned several times before I called Zerorez and they were never able to remove coffee and soda stains. After Zerorez left and the carpet dried, it looks like a new carpet. No more stains! I also couldn't believe how much residue was left behind from other commercial carpet cleaners. I will definitely use and recommend Zerorez to my friends.

You service was amazing they were able to get out stains in my daughters room that had been there for YEARS. The service techs were great my carpet looks fantastic and was almost dry . You will be the only carpet service in my house and my rental property from now on.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician gave me an in- depth explanation of what the service included and was very nice to deal with. I am very satisfied with the way my carpeting looks now and especially happy that there are no chemical odors in my home since I do have allergies and am asthmatic. I will however recommend Zerorez.
