Great cleaning.

Call center employee (Emma I believe) was very friendly and helpful. Even when the first tech's truck broke down a mile from my house, they immediately scheduled a new tech within minutes. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Quick and efficient.

They were very prompt is communicating the appointment and window time. The morning of they called and asked if they could come EARLIER than expected (which never happens) and we agreed. When the tech got here they misquoted over the phone how many vents we had by 50% (yikes) the tech never complained even though his day got longer (7:45p he left and he arrived at 9:45a) I never once felt like he was rushing to get the extra work done. He did an amazing job. We are very happy. I'll be honest I always felt like the commercials Colony and Dunlap do on 93.7 the fan get cheesy and gimmicky and thought the service would be subpar because that's typically when you get with a company that advertises like that but they were anything but. They were exactly as described professional, thorough, and did GREAT work.

We used to clean our carpets ourselves but this time we tried ZeroRez. The carpets seem much cleaner and all the spots/stains lifted right out. Andrew Nelson was professional, courteous and punctual. Thank you.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He did a good job and was neat.

Carpets and dining room chairs are very much improved. I do, however, have to have them come back for a spot that reappeared when dried. They gave me no hassle and will be here again soon to see what they can do. I am happy with everything else though.

First, the cleanering techs were on time. Second, they was very polite and carried a conversation. They explained to me step by step of what was going on. Last, the job they did was fantastic. This was the first time I used them, I will definitely have them back. Job well done.

Hand down best carpet cleaners around! I have two large dogs that "stink" up my carpets and make them dirty. I get my carpets cleaned twice a year and they look brand new after they are done.

Easy to make appointment. Actually called earlier in the day to offer to come earlier because they had a cancellation. Pleasant service agent. I happened to be home so that worked well and my being able to help move furniture decreased the overall time he spent on the job. The actual process is very noisy.
