My only concern was how wet they were and how long they took to dry.
I liked the friendliness of your staff and also that they gave me the time to make sure my cat was safely out of the way so as not to be frightened. I liked the time they spent and were not rushed in there time. I was also impressed with the drying time. I was able to sit on my chair that same evening. The smell was very pleasant. so I will tell my friends about you.

Carpets are much cleaner and fresher looking. The steps did not come out as well as the carpets, but it is berber carpeting.

zero rez is the most professional carpet cleaning company that i have ever used. the service providers are always professional and do a great job. i just had my carpets cleaned and a huge wine stain is now unnoticeable ! i also had the grout in my kitchen tile cleaned and my floor looks new again.
