I've been hearing your ads on radio station 100.7 as well as KDKA for years now. I've been wanting to have my carpets cleaned so I decided to call Zerorez of Pittsburgh. I'm very pleased on how they turned out. There were some marks here and there and the steps leading downstairs were really bad and that was bothersome to me and was driving me crazy. I cannot say enough nice things about Andrew Nelson who was the technician who cleaned my carpets. He called letting me know that he was on his way and the approximate time that he would arrive and I appreciated that. When he got here he explained what he was going to do and also covered some of the options that were available like carpet protection. He was very professional and you could tell he wanted to make his customer happy.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone was professional and wanted to take care of my needs. Joe bizic who came to clean my carpets, he called me to let me know how long it would take him to get here and was very nice on the phone, friendly. He came to my house and introduced himself and asked if he could come in. He was very professional, friendly and down to earth. He tried to get my dog stains out and said if they don't come out that they would come back and try to get them out. He also explained how they clean the carpets. He's coming back cause unfortunately the stsins didn't come out but I know he will do his best because he cares and you can tell he likes what he does. The stains weren't properly cleaned by my dog sitter so they were sitting for days but I know he will do the best he can.. Joe's goal is to make his clients happy. Thanks Joe.....First name removed
