Just wanted to give huge credit to our technician Jonathan Kress. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and went over every detail of what could be done, and what should be done. He explained everything, and did a spectacular job. If we could get him to come to Virginia when we move, to clean our house, we would. We would highly recommend requesting him if ever possible.
