The no residue / lasting chemical smells

I have had carpets cleaned many times throughout the years but never as thorough as the job Nate did. I had several areas with pet issues and he spent a good bit of time dealing with each one. I felt the service was expensive but worth it. I would definitely recommend the company.

Zerorez did a nice job cleaning my carpets. They came at the scheduled time and the technician did a terrific job getting the dirt and stains out of the carpet. The carpets dried quickly. It's nice not to have wet carpets after they are cleaned. I would definitely use Zerorez to clean my carpets again.

Quality and professionalism

The Service Tech Nick was very professional and the rugs looked great .He did a great job for my price range. He explained the cleaning methods and supplied a lot of information but it came down to price for me. I only had so much to spend and I spent it all plus !

What I'm most disappointed about was the quoted price of the removal of the pet urine/stains. I can't believe the cost. I was quoted a price of $ 440.00 for the best way to remove the pet stains for 1 room. There were a number of spots so I do understand that we would need more product. I asked if there were any coupons or specials for pet urine/stains and there wasn't. Is there anyway the cost could be less ? I do understand that the cleaning that was quoted 440.00 was more intensive and I'm sure took longer for the Tech to preform. So I do understand about the incurred costs.

Again just to be clear Nick was great ! Did a great job getting out a lot of the stains. So he really worked hard to give me a great result and I thank him for making a customer happy !

Called to ask question about the service, after getting all my questions answered by a very knowledgable service rep I ask for an appointment to get the duct work cleaned. I was expecting to wait for minimum of another week (as I wanted this done before my new furnace was installed) to my surprise it was scheduled for the following day. As I had been told the person coming to my home call to let me know he was on his way. Once he was at my home he explained everything he would be doing. He was updating us as he went along and showing us pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. I would definately recommend Zerorez to anyone that appreciates a company who lives up to what is promised the consumer and sends "very" qualified, knowledgable employees to do the job. Price was exactly as quoted. All around EXCELLENT company .....and thanks NICK for a job well done.

They did the job. Our light carpeting has a lot of usage behind it. Our technician came in, explained everything, was very personable, and then got to work. He was efficient and did an excellent drive. Now I'm trying to figure out how to clear more rooms to have them done. The pricing was also a very pleasant surprise and very reasonable.
