Communication and efficient and courteous service

Caitlyn was a hard worker who was sincere explaining what she was going to do associated with questions I asked and shared what the fees were going to be. She explained to me what to expect with the cleaning and time to dry the rugs. I knew she was concerned for my safety with the wet carpet. She did give me a perspective of how soiled the rugs were and did ask me if there were any places on the rugs that I wished to have done over. That showed that she cared about how I felt regarding her work. She was on time and very professional. I don't feel she rushed to complete the job. She is to be commended for her work ethic and willingness to make sure I was pleased with what I asked her to do. I feel she is an asset to the company and I would recommend her work if others ask me to have their carpet cleaned. We have a cat and she assured me that the products used were animal friendly. She focused on details as well as educate me on the care of carpets. I am anxious to receive the wool area rugs that were sent out to be cleaned to compare how those rugs look after being cleaned. Hopefully, they will also be cleaned very well. I am glad that I chose this company and got the help of Caitlyn.

The technician did an excellent job removing the spots on the carpet.

I like that you don’t use harsh chemicals or soaps. The rug does not leave any residual smells after it dries . I’d like to say my technician, JORDAN, did a great job and explained the process. Will use Zerorez again in the future.

Jordan did a great job cleaning the carpets in our 3 bedrooms! He was kind and knowledgeable. We had some dog accidents and he was able to make the carpets fresh again. He was very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend Zerorez!

The young woman who serviced our home was extremely gracious - she was clearly and expert, professional, and had a commitment to leave us satisfied. I truly appreciated her dedication, advice, and thoroughness... I am soooo sorry her name slipped my mind. if it helps she came to Redwood Street!!

Easy scheduling/on time/tech was efficient polite personable and did a wonderful job..my carpeting is not new but the cleaning really made them all look great..I have used Zerorez before and will continue to do so..I appreciate being informed about specials as I am on fixed income...stellar performance compared to other cleaning companies I have used in the past. Went to dinner with friends Sat night and told them if they need carpet cleaning to call Zerorez..my tech was absolutely great.

The work down by your associate Lance.is 2nd to none. He goes above and beyond with the little extras like protecting the baseboards corners, and agitating the carpet first. He is very personable as well. I have used him several times and will cotinue to do so. My carpets look outstanding!.
