When booking my service I used the 3 room special 119.00 in the val u pack coupon.
There was NO Mention there would be a 15.00 disposal fee.
I also needed a sectional cleaned which I was told it would be 225.00 if I had the entire thing cleaned. But I explained that i only need the top of cushions etc and he said I could pick and choose and the service man would work with me to adjust and lower the price. But that was NOT the case. I was charged 225.00.. When I purchased the couch second hand for only 300.00. Very disappointing.
To be quite honest I would have probably asked him to leave because of false advertisement and communication. However, my daughter had several friends staying over and I didn't have a choice.
I had soot explode out of my furnace and needed it cleaned.

After moving into our new home on the worst two days of winter in 2017, our cream-colored carpets were a complete mess! I seriously thought we were going to have to replace all of our carpets! Our daughter used Zerorez previously and then we heard an ad from 100.7 star/Bubba and Melanie and decided to try them.

Besides the amazing results, I like that the products are natural and nontoxic. Ryan, the technician who performed the services, did a wonderful job. He also was extremely professional and took time to answer questions and explain the pricing. My daughter-in-law was so impressed she requested Ryan for her appointment with zerorez on January 22.
