Closed on a house on 8/30. The house can be classified a a fixer upper. The carpets in the bedroom were old and stained. Zerorez came in and cleaned the carpets, and while you can still tell the carpets are older, they look fantastic. Their 3-Room special saved us thousands in our renovations budget.
