I was very pleased with the outcome of my carpet cleaning experience from the ease of making the appointment throughout the completion of the job. Very courteous staff and the technician (Jacob) could not have been more professional and polite from start to finish. The price was what I was quoted, surprise surprise, although I chose to add carpet protection which added to the final bill. There were no gimmicks or hidden costs thrown at me, and I never felt pressured at anytime through the process. Bottom line is that my carpets look beautiful! I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future and will be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family.
