The service was very easy and quick to schedule. The technician was great at communicating exactly when we could expect him. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and we really appreciate the lack of harmful chemicals in our home.

The technician was polite, on time and took the time to explain everything to me. Only things I didn’t like was that I never got the pictures he said he texted me and there wasn’t a paper bill to sign.

I’ve already referred Dave and Zerorez. The same day of my service. I was ready to give up on my sofa and now it’s nice and clean! I’ve had one other company come prior to Zerorez and they did nothing, the technician drove me nuts, and it was a lot of wasted money. My experience with Zerorez was perfect. Dave was nice, professional, informative, and the end result exceeded my expectations. We had carpet and sofas cleaned. I look forward to having them back!
